welcome

searching through many delicious sites, I found that I was having to re-create recipes to make them suitable for my food restrictions…. not to mention when i go out to restaurants, i’m secretly hoping the waiter has had a good day – as it often goes something like this:

“hi, i would like to order…. but could you please take out…. and instead of…. could you please add in….?”
(which of course is followed by a big smile and endless thank you’s)

eating mostly paleo, low-fodmap and ‘my’ kind of healthy…. I decided to start ‘love my food’ to allow my inspired creations to be enjoyed by everyone….

a few recipes do contain some ‘excluded’ ingredients (because they are too tasty to resist) and let’s be honest, we all need to break the rules sometimes
